Affordable Alcohol & Drug Rehab in Plano
Located about 20 miles north of downtown Dallas the Right Step Plano offers intensive outpatient addiction recovery programs to adults. Aftercare services are also provided. The Right Step Plano's Outpatient Program is designed for people who cannot take time away from work, school or other responsibilities or do not require a higher level of care. Located at 1200 Commerce Dr in Plano, TX, you or your loved one will spend up to 10 hours each week (at least 3 days a week) in a structured, supportive setting led by licensed addiction medical professionals. The intensive outpatient program uses 12-Step and proven addiction treatment methods to help you make positive changes in your life. You will participate in the following activities:
- Group counseling
- Individual counseling
- Groups for men and women
- Family group
- Spirituality awareness
- Relapse prevention
- 12-Step meetings (off-site)
- Education classes
The meeting schedules vary slightly for adults and adolescents. Meeting times are:
Adults - Mon, Tues, and Thurs 6 - 9
Family Meetings – Tues 6 - 9
Following treatment, clients are invited to participate in our Aftercare Program. The program last for two years. Our aftercare program consists of one counselor-led group per week. The group meetings will provide support, counseling and referrals for clients that wish to continue to work on their sobriety through the guidance of The Right Step Plano. The Aftercare Program is offered at no cost to our clients that have been through the outpatient program.
