The first step of any admission is an interview with one of our counselors. During this brief assessment, the counselor will talk with you, ask questions designed to determine which Right Step program is the most appropriate for your needs and situation.

Please take some time to print out and complete the forms below and bring them with you to the scheduled interview. Even if you cannot totally complete every form, you will still be dramatically speeding up your admissions process. If you do not understand any of the information requested on any of these forms, our intake team will be glad to help you complete them. Just call 877-627-4389 any time.
