Albuquerque and Santa Fe Treatment Locations

The Right Step drug and alcohol treatment center has many addiction treatment facilities throughout the south central U.S. In Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico, there are two locations serving those addicted to drugs and/or alcohol. Our treatment facilities are operated by thoughtful, considerate professionals, and our programs offer a wide range of options for those suffering from drug and alcohol abuse. Whether you or your loved one needs an intervention, detoxification, or are ready for Inpatient or Outpatient Care, The Right Step has a program that can help people move toward breaking the addiction to alcohol or drugs.

Albuquerque and Santa Fe Treatment Centers

Our Albuquerque location is on the northeast side of the city and easily accessible from both major highways running through the city. The center offers Intensive Outpatient care, Aftercare Services, and Drug and Alcohol Education classes. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a great program for people who are ready to return to work or school and get back to their normal life. Participants spend 10 hours each week with a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, using the 12-Step method and other successful clinical treatment methods to help make positive changes in their lives. Activities include group and individual counseling, educational classes, spirituality awareness, and more. Aftercare Services are unique among drug and alcohol recovery centers, and we are proud to offer it. This aftercare service involves a two year, no-cost program of support, counseling and referrals after you successfully complete any program within The Right Step's network. This program allows those recovering from substance abuse to stay connected with fellow peers also undergoing recovery, and provides a network of support for the individuals. Drug and Alcohol Education classes are offered to help people better understand the effects of using or abusing such drugs. With this education, students are able to gain more knowledge about the science of addiction and apply this knowledge to their own life and journey through recovery.
