Roadmap for Recovery: Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment
Session Nine of Outpatient Addiction Treatment at The Right Step will focus on the roadmap for recovery as a stage by stage process of addiction treatment and substance abuse addiction recovery.
Professionals at The Right Step will employ supportive, educational techniques for providing assistance to individuals attending our treatment for addiction Sessions in order to enable the ability to progress toward positive change.
The various stages of addiction recovery that will be discussed in your outpatient addiction treatment program will include learning more about withdrawal, early abstinence, which is also known as the “Honeymoon” stage, protracted abstinence, otherwise called “The Wall,” and adjustment or resolution.
Understanding Drug Addiction
Group discussions guided by experienced, licensed instructors and including visual aids and various exercises will provide you with the opportunity to increase your understanding of various aspects of drug and alcohol addiction and the choices and actions involved in achieving recovery from a drug addiction or from alcoholism, which is the disease of addiction to alcohol, or ethanol.
As you move forward in this eight-week addiction treatment course, you will be encouraged to participate in your recovery program in order to receive the fullest extent of understanding and to best benefit from your addiction treatment at The Right Step.
Locations for Addiction Treatment
Residents of local Texas and New Mexico cities including College Station TX, Byran TX, Brazoria TX, Galveston TX, Eagle Pass TX and Katy, TX often receive treatment for their addiction to alcohol or drugs through the Intensive Outpatient Programs at one of 20 convenient Right Step locations.
Outpatient Alcohol Treatment and Outpatient Drug Treatment programs are offered in Baytown TX, Austin TX, Beaumont TX, Conroe TX, Dallas TX, Euless TX, Plano TX, Houston TX, Ft. Bend TX, Pasadena TX, The Woodlands TX, San Antonio TX, Wimberley TX, Albuquerque NM.
Residential Treatment centers in DFW, Houston and Austin are also provided for recovery from addiction disease, attracting individuals from Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Arizona and other areas of the United States to participate in recovery programs at The Right Step.
